Lauren Adams

Lauren delivers experiences. She works to create the concept narrative that shapes and guides the user experience, resulting in dynamic social spaces and meaningful brand engagements. Lauren has worked with entertainment, retail, and hospitality clients such as Melissa McCarthy, Disney, VF Corporation, Marriott International and Outback Steakhouse. Trained in urban design, Lauren has helped developers like Related and Mack-Cali define the user experience for large, mixed-use projects, and has repositioned several commercial office buildings in NYC. She has led creation of Gensler’s Experience Index, the result of a multi-year research effort to identify and quantify the factors of design that impact the human experience. She is driven to understand how to measure human experience.
